At Iron Castle Capital, we believe that passive income is the true key to financial freedom. We feel that while retirement accounts like 401ks and IRAs are valuable for steady growth, they may not be the best option for true wealth building; and while stocks can get great returns, they can be unpredictable and very volatile.
Most will say that diversifying your investments is important, but we feel that there is a lack of education when it comes to syndications. There are many different types of syndications (apartments, rental portfolios, debt financing, etc.) that can help you reach many different goals, but we choose to focus our efforts on earning passive income.
We strive to be a great resource for all who are looking to increase their financial education and we want to help as many people as possible achieve their financial goals.
Our Team
Jerry Garcia
Jerry is the founder and managing partner of Iron Castle Capital and continues to provide services as an independent mortgage broker. His biggest goal with Iron Castle Capital is to strengthen the middle-class by teaching them the tools that the wealthy use to grow their wealth.
He primarily focuses these efforts on educating blue-collar business owners because he feels strongly that they are the key to reestablishing a strong middle-class. Jerry also knows that blue-collar business owners are overlooked by the majority of those who help teach others how to earn passive income.
Jerry's long-standing tenure as a trusted mortgage broker has given him a great base knowledge and network in the world of real estate. He has taken that base and spent the last several years attending conferences, reading, and networking in the syndication space and is ready to spread that knowledge to others.
Jerry grew up in Denver, CO and still lives there with his wife Shena, their three kids, and their numerous four-legged creatures. He is an avid sports fan, supporting all of his Denver teams and is even a season ticket holder for the Denver Broncos. If he finds himself with some free time, he enjoys eating great food, playing poker, and being terrible at golf.
